- OK, OK...just for fun tonight...Uncle Sam wants you to stop whining and take a crack at balancing the budget. My guess is that most of you will be able to do it. While we may not agree on how to do it, I still bet that you can do it! So, no more whining...get to it!

- When you're done, you'll be wondering why we pay politicians to avoid their duty on a regular basis. So, I say...3% pay reduction (and no COLA either) for every year of deficit spending! Betcha that would bring true bi-partisanship into the picture instead of the bullshirt we see now! No?
- Here are my preferences...which by no means are THE answer. Just the random thoughts of a mad man. I was hoping for spending cuts by better than half coupled with some tax hikes. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to do it. Two thirds was cuts and one third was tax hikes. Why do we pay these politicians again?
